Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login password and credentials against unauthorized use.
Organization Governance: Members assigned to specific clubs, chapters, or nodes must comply with the internal policies established by their designated administrators.

Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

Fostering productive, respectful, and safe collaboration across all workspaces.

Users agree not to misuse Workzone or assist others in doing so. Specifically, you agree not to:

Prohibited ContentPublishing defamatory, obscene, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing materials within clubs or townhalls.

System TamperingProbing, scanning, or attempting to breach security defenses or inject malicious scripts into our servers.

Falsification of RecordsManipulating timestamps, GPS locations, attendance logs, or asset custody handovers in Workzone.

Unauthorized ScrapingEmploying automated crawlers or scraping engines without explicit prior written authorization from Giant Phygital Ecosystems Pvt Ltd.

Section 04

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Workzone and CoSurj proprietary assets and user content.

All intellectual property rights in the Workzone application and CoSurj platform, including its software, UI designs, code, trademarks, logos, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Giant Phygital Ecosystems Pvt Ltd.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any media, posts, articles, and data you submit. By submitting content, you grant Giant Phygital Ecosystems Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content strictly for operating the services you have requested.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service warranties, uptime commitments, and statutory liability boundaries.

Giant Phygital Ecosystems Pvt Ltd provides the services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high reliability and secure uptime, we make no warranties that operations will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
